Your domain is registered in your name. Once the site is paid for, you receive the final files and the copy written for it. You can keep a plan with me or move to another host.
Hosting is still needed to keep the site online. After the twelve included hosting months, choose hosting at $15 a month or ask for your files and moving instructions. The handover is free; setting it up on another host is quoted separately.

Read before you decide
What a website costs Who should own the domain and files?Starter is $890 for three pages, Local is $1090 for six and Pro is $1490 for ten. Redesign is $1390 for up to six pages. Each includes a privacy page, the agreed writing, twelve months of hosting and one hour of small changes to use across those twelve months. Your domain and agreed third-party fees are separate.
Starter gives one or two services a clear home on a shared Services page. Local gives up to three main services their own pages. Pro gives up to five service pages, an FAQ and an offer page. The estimator explains its suggestion; your quote confirms the page plan.
No. I write them from the interview, within your package's word limit. You provide the facts and photos and check the draft before it goes live.
Use the included hour across your first year before paying for small updates. Once that credit is used or expired, occasional work starts at $26.25 per approved fifteen minutes. If updates become regular, optional Hands-free changes is $39 a month for thirty minutes total; hosting is separate after year one.
I set up clear pages, search foundations and a useful contact route. I don't promise a ranking, a place in AI answers or a number of enquiries. Those depend on more than the build.
